DEPOSITS FOR EXTENDED APPOINTMENTS

A deposit of up to $50.00 is required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or longer. (Ex: highlights, balayage, color corrections, keratine, etc.) This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation for these long appointment blocks, a 24-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.

RETURN POLICY

Dany Moreno Salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, I strive to give my clients the utmost satisfaction, and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, I will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact me within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you and make any changes or adjustments indicated. Dany Moreno Salon will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you within 2 weeks of the original service.

PAYMENT TYPES/GRATUITY

Dany Moreno Salon gladly accepts cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. Gratuity may not be added to your credit card and must be as cash or check only, please.

I will discuss the cost of your service before I begin the service. Payment for services is to be paid in full at the time of service. I appreciate your loyalty and business. I am committed to making your experience a beautiful experience! Thank you for allowing me to make your day.
