Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you, but I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that was booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

  •  Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. 

  • If an appointment is made within 24 hours and needs to be canceled, it must be canceled within 4 hours of appointment time or it will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as to keep my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.  

CONFIRMATION EMAILS

As a courtesy, I will email you to confirm your service appointments before your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN SALON CANCELS

Dany Moreno Salon stands by its policies, I feel that it is only fair that I honor the same policies to my clients if in any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; I will honor 50% off on your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of my hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, etc… that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, I would gladly reschedule your appointment, but the 50% discount will not apply.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

There are times when the weather causes the need to cancel appointments. I respect the safety, and in these cases, I do not require a 24-hour cancellation. If Dany Moreno Salon needs to close due to inclement weather, I will contact each client starting from the first appointment to the last and work to accommodate the canceled guests on another date as soon as possible.
